Vanilla Glaze for Cinnamon Rolls
(when you need a little extra icing!)
Ingredients
½ cup confectioners’ sugar
¾ teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons tablespoons milk (not skim!)
Recipe
Sift confectioners’ sugar, add vanilla and then start to add milk until glaze reaches your desired consistency and there are no lumps. Remember that when the glaze makes contact with rolls warm from the oven, it will melt a bit. To make sure it doesn’t get too runny, you can chill the glaze in advance or use a little bit less milk.
